E3 Summer Science Camp runs from 9 am to Noon. Week 1 is Tuesday through Friday, weeks 2-3 are Monday through Thursday.

2011 Sessions: July 5-8, July 11-14, and July 18-21

2011 Costs: One week -- $170    Two weeks -- $310    Three weeks -- $450

E3 camp is geared toward rising second, third and fourth graders who are interested in the natural world. Each morning, campers travel to visit a local research lab, farm, or business involved in science. After the visit we explore a local stream, lake, or river to learn about the wonderful world of water and the importance of water to all creatures -- big and small. The goal of the camp is to learn and to have fun. Parents be advised -- we often get wet and dirty in the process! Old clothes and shoes are a must.

Pick-up and drop-off is at Venable School in Charlottesville. Parents bring children to Venable between 8:50 and 9 am. The bus will leave promptly and will return at Noon. Please be on time. There is no after care provided.
